Inspiration Session: We start with a 45-minute Zoom call to discuss your event, theme, goals, and budget. I’ll walk you through the intake questionnaire, gather key details, and begin outlining a plan tailored to your needs.

Master Plan ​

A professionally developed, comprehensive event design guide with everything you need to thoughtfully integrate children into your event, from activity flow to space layout to staffing considerations.

  • Budget guidance and resource recommendations

Host instructions include:

Plan Discussion Call

A 30-minute Zoom call to review your guide, address questions or concerns so everyone feels confident and prepared. Any caregivers helping during the event are welcome to join, as I will discuss the host instructions.

Kick-Off Call

A final 30-minute Zoom call close to the event to troubleshoot any last-minute details, confirm readiness, and provide final support.

Family Plan

A personalized activity guide for one child or siblings, featuring themed games, crafts, and challenges tailored to their interests and setting. The plan includes a supply list and easy how-to instructions for smooth preparation.

Museum Journal

A multi-page guided journal that turns a museum visit into an immersive journey. Designed in two versions, one for younger elementary and one for older elementary, the journal encourages reflection through creative prompts and sensory exploration. Families and youth groups can use it independently, making it a turnkey engagement tool that does not require staff facilitation.

 

Includes:
 

  • Zoom inspiration session to understand museum goals

  • On-site museum visit for tailored design

  • Two age-appropriate versions (younger and older elementary)

  • Writing and drawing prompts that deepen engagement with artworks

  • Highlighted artwork pages that connect with museum retail or gift shop offerings

  • Vocabulary list with key art terms for learning and reinforcement

  • Optional notes such as restroom locations and wayfinding tips

Museum Hunt​

An interactive, museum-wide activity designed for children of multiple ages that engages all the senses. Participants journey through the museum, locate specific artworks, and respond using imagination, observation, and their five senses. This experience helps families and youth groups connect more deeply with the collection without requiring additional staff support.

  • A link to schedule your first Zoom call

  • Your client agreement to sign

  • A link to pay your deposit

  • Initial Zoom Call

  We’ll meet to go over your event details, goals, and priorities.

  • One Week Later

  You’ll receive:

  • Your custom event plan

  • A link to schedule your next Zoom call

  • A link to pay your balance

 

  • Second Zoom Call

  We’ll review the full plan together. Anyone helping with the kids is welcome to join.

 

  • Kick-Off Call (Master Plan clients only)

  Held closer to your event, this call covers last-minute details, confirms readiness, and offers final support.

Child Pointing Calendar

Payments

To begin crafting your custom plan, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This secures your planning window and allows me to begin developing your personalized guide. Once your plan is complete, you’ll receive a watermarked preview to review in full. Your remaining 50% balance is due at least 48 hours before your second Zoom session, which we’ll schedule in advance. After payment is received, you’ll receive the final, unwatermarked files, and we’ll meet to walk through everything together.
