Client Agreement

Scope of Services: Creative K Consulting provides custom recommendations to support children’s experiences at adult events. All suggestions are optional and up to you to implement.
I understand the Consultant provides recommendations only, and I decide what to use.
Consultant’s Role: Creative K is not responsible for childcare, supervision, staffing, or running your event. You are responsible for all staff, vendors, and supervision.
I understand the Consultant does not provide staffing or supervise the event.
Participation & Risk: All events carry risks. You are responsible for the safety of all children and guests if you use any recommendations.
I understand I am responsible for the safe use of all suggestions and activities.
Release of Liability: Creative K Consulting is not liable for any injuries, incidents, or damages that may result from using any part of the plan.
I agree to release the Consultant from liability related to my event.
No Guarantee: While the Consultant provides thoughtful solutions, results are not guaranteed. Every event and child is different.
I understand that outcomes such as engagement or satisfaction are not guaranteed.
Use of Materials All materials are for your one-time personal or business use. Do not copy, sell, or share them without written permission.
I agree not to reproduce, resell, or distribute any materials from Creative K.
Timeline: You’ll start by completing a short questionnaire. Then, I’ll email links to schedule your first Zoom call, review this agreement, and pay your deposit. After our first Zoom, you’ll receive your custom plan within one week, along with a l

Payments & Refunds: A deposit is due before your first Zoom call, and the remaining balance is due before your second. Because all materials are custom-made, payments are non-refundable—even if your event is changed or canceled.
